I’m converting…

I’m getting rid of my facebook, and spreading myself out to the more obscure (and anonymous) corners of the internet, which means for all (four) of my followers that probably thought I was dead, I’m back!

Everyone assumes that because I’m Christian and opposed to gay marriage

that I support hate and discrimination.

Just because my definition of marriage doesn’t work for your relationship

doesn’t mean I hate you.

In fact, your definition of marriage doesn’t work for my marriage.

Do you hate me then?

Unfortunately….many do.

Jeremiah 20:9-11

9 If I say,“I will not mention him, or speak any more in his name,” there is in my heart as it were a burning fire shut up in my bones, and I am weary with holding it in, and I cannot. 10 For I hear many whispering. Terror is on every side! “Denounce him! Let us denounce him!” say all my close friends, watching for my fall. “Perhaps he will be deceived; then we can overcome him and take our revenge on him.” 11 But the Lord is with me as a dread warrior; therefore my persecutors will stumble; they will not overcome me. They will be greatly shamed, for they will not succeed. Their eternal dishonor will never be forgotten.

Question

wehaveoneworld said: I don't know if you got my other message becase supposedly my other messages haven't been going through but you sound like a really good pastor. I will definitely come to you with advice and other things, if that is alright.

Absolutely! If you need God advice, I’d be happy to help you. You might ought to look for a church near you though. I can help with that, but i’ll need to pray and research first.

So I need some help…

I’m on a tight budget, but I am determined to eat healthy. I already know stuff like replacing ground beef with ground turkey and getting turkey sausage and bacon to replace pork, but what are some other tips for eating healthy on a budget?

Please keep in mind that I have a wife that is eating healthy with me, so I’m shopping for two.

Any advice?

Question

love-is-our-weapon247 said: with the drawing totally get what your saying. And omg yeah exactly what im thinking as far as the art of nude if it is portrayed as ART and not just a nude person there. It depends on how the artist portrays it.

People have a big misconception about porn. Pornography isn’t an action, or a video, or a picture. Pornography exists in the minds of people. Some art will be pornography to someone, because they can’t see the unpolluted beauty of a woman (or man for that matter) in art. Therefore, something that may be art to one person might be porn to another, and vice versa.

A study of opposites

I feel pretty alone on the internet.

I am a non-judgmental devout Christian.

I am an open-minded Conservative.

I am a married 22 year old who owns his own business

I am a youth pastor with a tumblr account, that follows obvious non-Christians and people who promote nudity as art (which me and my wife both find beautiful).

What I hate more than anything, is seeing people post anti-Christian things assuming that everyone who professes the name of Jesus is looking for an excuse to stone them, or is too stuck up to understand anything outside their religion.

The point I want to make is that stereotyping is wrong, and I guarantee that I:

1) can answer for my faith and beliefs (and love doing so in a friendly way!)

2) enjoy life sober and clean

3) still know how to party while maintaining the first two things on my list.

I guess this is a roundabout way of asking people to ask me stuff, but I come from the school of thought that it is not my job to tell you what you want to hear. It is your job to ask me for it! ;)

Ask me anything for real! I look forward to answering!
